Fill out the coaching questionnaire to schedule a consult with three options for coaching plans:

  1. The Crusader: Virtual Plan

    Custom training plan based on your goals including a weekly check-in, daily feedback on workouts, and form and gait analysis. Access to brand discounts and fitness community partnerships.

  2. The Tempo: Bi-Weekly Plan

    2 training sessions* in-person per month including the benefits of the Virtual Plan.

  3. The Ultra: Weekly Plan

    4 training sessions* in-person per month including the benefits of the Virtual Plan.

    *Training sessions are 45 - 75 minutes depending on the workout and include pACING and COACHING.

Raj Hathiramani

Raj is from New York, NY and has been running for 25+ years. He is a certified coach with Road Runners Club of America, USA Track & Field, and USA Triathlon. Raj has run in 80+ marathons and ultramarathons with a Personal Best of 2:51 and also completed Ironman Triathlons. He is a coach at Mile High Run Club, Aaptiv, Google NYC, and Achilles International, guiding athletes with disabilities every year in the NYC Marathon since 2011. Follow Raj on Strava and Instagram.

michael anderson

Michael is from Rochester, NY and has been an avid runner for 15+ years. He is a certified coach with Road Runners Club of America and USATF-NFHS. Michael has competed in 20+ marathons, 60 half marathons and 350+ road and trail races in North America, Europe and Asia. He has qualified for and completed 12 consecutive Boston Marathons and will continue his streak in 2022. Follow Michael on Strava and Instagram.
